Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and picking up your medications? If you answered yes, you may benefit from medication synchronization.
Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.
Speak to a staff member today about how we can get you set up on med sync.
It is a program funded through a grant from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the South Carolina Pharmacy Association. Our specially trained pharmacists empower you to manage your blood pressure through a nationally recognized self-management and lifestyle coaching program.
There is no cost for you to participate in the program!
Contact Patti Fabel or Stephanie White for more information, or you can just stop by the pharmacy to talk to us!
Wellness screenings are offered throughout the year and are free to the public at this time. Screenings include blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and body composition.

One of our staff pharmacists will provide a complete medication review for drug interactions and drug therapy duplications. Additionally we can look for cost effective alternatives for expensive therapies and also we review the medications for efficacy and adverse effects and provide alternatives if the medications are not as effective as desired or producing unwanted side effects.
We can consult with your physician to select the best medication therapy available for you. This review will help reduce out-of-pocket expenses and provide a valuable service, especially to Medicare Part-D patients trying to avoid the donut hole.
